For CNY celebration, I make Singapore Pie Cup.The recipe is listed below:
1. 2cups of rice flour
2. 2 cup of water
3. 1 0r 2 eggs
4. 1 flat teaspoon of salt
5. 2 full teaspoon of sugar
Need 2 hrs to fried the cups.

Good break
I love holiday! Everyone is complaining! The workload is increasing tremendously! Everyone is busy likes the bee! How happy tomorrow is a holiday! Hope to have a good break as I'm having a long working Saturday, from 7:30am to 10:30 pm. Unbelieving!? But this is true and that"s work!

1st day
After 6-week holiday, back to work. Hectic day! Busy days ahead. Hope to have 48 hrs per day. Wish I have more pairs of hands! Non-stopping work, still tons of work waiting for me! How I hope to have less workload!
